you do know the whole point of a bug is that he can take it out. Doesn't matter if its big or not, you can just put it down here and its fixed in next update. If you are worries about people abusing it, if it's big enough it can be adjusted right away. So don't worry
u can get win's in turney with bombs just place bomb when u fight and use explode at self bomb and if u kill some one in turney u get 0.1x power. i think this is bug.

I like the creep change, very well done! upgrades creeps: i noticed less difficulty but then again i played chaining characters only for now.
Ultra perfect cell has his androids pinging still. normal perfect cell is fine, also in any form his 'sense' will ping the androids when they are close enough, not sure if this is intended or not.

This is more a clever usage of game mechanics than anything. If it turns out that Hercule starts dominating as a result of this, it can be changed.

It's not entirely unexpected. Messing with Cell's pinging would be a quick fix but it's not a high priority.
