Quick fixes

General
Stats can no longer be modded above 6.5 (from 12). Additionally, you can now modify them in increments of 0.5 and 1 (from 1 and 2).

Tao
Tao's period of time for pinging and acquiring a target is now 30 seconds (up from 5)
Tao is now vulnerable while on the pillar.
Tao now gains a .01x from 5 creeps, down from 10.

Hercule
Hercule's Punch now does 75 bonus damage, up from 50.

Bebi
Bebi gains a 4th level of his summons.
Saiyan memories now adds stats equal to your level + 1.

Cooler
Towers now only have a 50% chance of giving a stat.

Piccolo
Piccolo's Multi form cooldown has been reduced to 80s at level 2 (down from 120)
Multi form's mana cost is now 100 at level 1.
Kyodaika is no longer a learned ability.
Hellzone Grenade's radius increased to 562 (from 512)

Vegeta
Added a collision shape to Vegeta.

  4. make androids level 20 1.25 instead of 1.5.
    Currently they are waaay to strong once they hit 20. They get it so early that can pretty much beat tourney no matter what and then no creeps can stop stop either.
    This is why thereis a 3.5k super 13 running around while rest is 1.5-2k

    1. I'd say move it to lvl 25, they still get the first 1.5 that way but it's not going to be as easy to get it before the torny. (This might balance Herc more too)

  5. If we are buffing characters I'd like to point out kids feel a little UP compared to androids... Like about 2k stats diffrence when fused UP.

    Sayain Armor: Found on Namik, gives +25armor
    ChiChi's Cooking: Restores Mana
    Weighted Clothing: Improve XP rate but reduce speed or stats


    Bio Experiment Vial: Needs buffed badly, it can't handle tier 2 creeps.

  8. Adam, question here:
    How does the trigger for Herc's torny stats work? I'v been playing around with ways to bug him and have a few, but if I know the details I can find the bugs quicker.

    So far:
    Killed 2 dragons near torny(Not going on) well I had saibamen walking around the waiting area of it. Those 2 (The more powerful 2 of the dragons) gave me 0.1x each.

    If you leave a present bomb in Torn and then -unstuck you can activate it. If it gets the kill herc gets the stats. Haven't got the timing right for a double kill yet though.

    You can -unstuck in torn which would let someone kill you in waiting area, or let you blast into the fight.

    You can summon in the waiting area and the units stay there and pull bios/sagas

    The order that the torny takes place in should be randomized.

    2. Was playing Herc earlier and got in tourny with perfect cell when he summoned cell jrs they gave 0.1x for each kill and got the 0.1x for killing cell also just wanted to point out.

  10. please remove hercule... most useless char ingame, i get it that im not even remotely contributing to a new char.. But Hercule really fucks it up for me...

    Yes you can say don't play him, but thats not the point, point is that it ruins the story imo (yes its a tribute not totally following the storyline). I Don't care, hes useless as hell, and just stupid:P

    2. I think Tao can be a little op right now. With 3v3 games it's easy to get a high multiplier early and wreck, and then between that and 5x creeps = .01 multiplier he can gain massive stats early. The game we played against Lv and Green with Green on Tao he was over 1000 stats by Turles.

    3. On the other note, I completely agree with removing Hercule. I don't think he has any place on Z Fighters, especially if following anime logic. He never did anything for the Z Fighters until Kid Buu Saga when Goku used Hercule to gain the energy he needed for his Spirit Bomb. His skills are bad and he's easy fodder for Evils. He's almost useless without stat modding, and with everybody hating on it and wanting it removed...

    2. I personally enjoy stat modification, it gives the game another level of depth and allows characters to fill out different roles then they normally do.

      Such as how Gohan is normally a support character or sometimes carry. With stat training focused on Str and Agil he can not go mystic and spend the game "tanking" for the Z fighters during saga's with oz.

      Alternatively the same character could go mainly int and get mystic to become a heavy blaster meant for jump in jump out PvP support.

      I would personally love to see it left in, however since it isn't popular with everyone, maybe consider having it voted on during the character selection period. There is more then enough time to add it in there without cramming too much into it.

    3. One of my personal favorites to annoy people with before LV banned stat training was 8/2/2 Krill, he couldn't ever kill an evil by himself late game, but with Solar, DD and his massive life he was probably the most annoying support in the game.

    4. These are the exact reasons we want it removed.

      First of all: Sagas don't focuses Oozes first; it specifically runs past you so that point is invalid to my knowledge, although I could be wrong.

      Second: Modding int on Gohan is another thing, when he already has a 30% stronger Kame. That effectively nearly doubles your nuking power on top of the 30% increased damage for one of the strongest nukes in the game. I don't know how others feel about it, but getting 1-hit by someone simply due to their use of a modification mechanic makes me not want to even play the game personally.

      Third: Krillin is already a completely round-gamed character. Good early, middle, late, and end game. Changing his stats to str so that he becomes a tank on top of having a 50% current hp nuke, a flare, and a double AOE nuke is another example of the reasons I personally feel like it should be removed, or atleast voted for by majority as both myself and LV have suggested in previous beta versions and to Adam himself.

      This was never a problem in 2.1c, due to it being voted for, and it has only recently become a problem due to the imbalances it causes.

      It makes seemingly balanced characters much, much stronger and seemingly imbalanced.
      This could cause some of us to think and feel as if certain characters need fixes and balances when in reality, they don't, and it could cause unneeded changes to the game that shouldn't, or wouldn't under normal circumstances, be implemented.

    9. Understandable, but as I've said I agree that it should be voted upon by a majority vote.
      I find that that would fix the problem, as it would allow us to at least have a say in other people using it while some of us will not simply due to the impact it has on the game.

      So then,
      Suggestion: Either remove stat modification, or make it done by MAJORITY vote.

    10. I don't know why u guys hate stat modding so much. I mean if you want to buff up a char's strength, they lose armor and fire power. Plus in the new betas, by takin in less energy points, your mana base will be extremely low (it's already fairly low for traditional heros with high nuke costs). Conversely, by investing all your stat points into intel leaves your hero very weak when it comes to hp/armor hence your hero might pack a punchh, but will have the glass jaw of a fatty. The equilibrium seems to stay in place.

    12. The problem lies in the fact that you can change it at any point in the game. Meaning you could, for example, stat agility until you hit the movement speed or attack speed cap, and then switch it back. It would allow you to chain more efficiently since you wouldn't be taking much damage due to the movement speed increase, while keeping the same nuking power as you could remove it from str since you wouldn't need the HP if you aren't getting hit.

      Also, you could stat mod to intellect as mentioned previously as, oh say Gohan. In conjunction with his 30% increased kameha damage and his increased energy gain from ally death, it can allow you to 1-hit sagas(Or very close to it) without any difficulty at all.

      Of course not everyone understands how to use stat modifying to its highest capabilities, but those who do could have an advantage over players due to the modification itself.

      Honestly, I'm perfectly fine with it not being removed. I just think that it should be voted for so that everyone gets an equal say in whether it's on or off in each game.

    13. First off, stats enabled allows everyone to stat mod, so ur first paragraph is invalid since it doesn't provide any single advantage for a solo player.

      For Gohan, ur making an argument against his 30% increase in nuke dmg really, not stat mod. Also, I think it's still balanced because Gohan's overall nuke pwr + max pwr lvl is significantly lower than other most heros.

      IN repsonse to not everyone understands stat modding, does that mean we should ban chaining since not everyone knows how to chain? Laughable, right?

      Just saying that stat modding doesn't really give a single hero a benefit over another in the long run.

    14. For Gohan, I was more talking about the 5% extra energy gained from ally death when combined with stat modding to intellect. The 30% increased damage just adds on-top of the insanely higher intellect.

      I'm not saying ban it because some know how to do it and some don't, that paragraph was simply to state the things you can do with stat modding if you are intending to use it to its fullest, such as Adam does.

      Some heroes DO benefit from it more than others, because some heroes are intellect based and some aren't(Meaning they get increased melee damage on top of nuke damage or healing, such as Dende or early babadi).
      An example of this was when both Lv and I died to a Babadi who state modded to intellect, and killed me in a hex, and killed him in a hex before doing the same thing to me after I encountered him shortly after. Solely from auto attacking.

      Honestly, stat modding seems to only make a huge impact on gameplay early on and very later on. (Due to hitting breakpoints for certain things early on, and getting that extra nuke advantage over others late game).
      Some of this post might not make sense, maybe because its 2 AM and Im falling asleep at my keyboard, so I'll try and clear some things up or fix it up sometime tomorrow if anything I'm trying to say is misunderstood.

    The overall stats stay the same, you invest into 1 roll basically, maybe early on it will be quite OP. but when the recent nerfs.. not so much

From what I've seen, no body can hold off certain strats as geti, krillin can just simply walk up your feathers and disk your base, and without watching your map 24/7 or hotkeying your base and switching back and forth, you will not find out. From what I can tell, I've been the only one able to get enough upgrades to hold off certain attacks, yet geti got nerfed? I have not seen another Geti survive vs people constantly attacking his base. Tbh from what I can tell, there are only 3 people considered to be the best or amazing at geti. Viet, Ambi, and myself. Viet doesn't do Late game macro geti, and ambi hasn't played geti much recently. Besides these two, I cannot see anyone to be on that level, and against 3 or 4 high level players, it is borderline impossible for geti to survive. Sometimes I can survive, others times I cannot. I have not seen anyone beat me in speed of upgrades, or beat me in Macro/Micro, so why Is geti being nerfed, when only 3 can play him on a high level, and that high level of play can still be defeated quite easily?

    1. I don't play Geti at all, I don't like playing Geti. I don't like Metal Cooler. But, I still agree that Geti got nerfed way too hard. Between the now 5000 lumber per tower, ridiculous time and mana cost on the teleport and how easy it is to fuck him over with a rush. Especially if Z's have a decent Krillin. But to also throw in only 1/2 chance of getting stats from his towers... I just think he's nerfed way too much at this point.

Agreed, the fact geti got nerfed yet again is borderline making me not want to play anymore, only character I really liked to play, since he had so much to do, but he is too easily defeated, and he takes way more effort to survive and do good, than any other character. I do not want to put way more effort than others, and still get killed from something so simple. TBH unless geti doesn't get changed back, I wont be playing. He was fine as it was before the TP nerf, already took stupid amount of skill to play him well, now I have to put more in and still lose every game, rather not play then.

    3. DD Spam Krillin is deafeted with a single clone standing on the feathered path, on top the hill so he cant see him. It acts as a notice to when he is going for your base.

    4. Ummm this 'nerf' to Geti isn't actually a nerf, it's a rebalancing issue since adam lowered the respond rate for neutral creeps. The net difference between geti's farming potential on this beta version and the beta version before adam changed creep respond rate is about the same.

  15. Doesn't matter if you have a clone there or not, he will surpass ur stats by a good 2 almost 3x. Ambi tourny rush, and disking your base, is nearly impossible to stop unless you got lucky early game and got multipliers. Krillin can easily run by your clones, disk your base, and run away, and repeat. After that, even if you kill him. Incoming 2 ooz's + dende + krillin to your base, completely impossible to stop. I had 11 upgrades, and 800 stats 1.125 multiplier, I got completely rofl stomped by Goku Gohan Krillin and Dende. They can easily kill you once, and the second you respawn kill you again. The only time I was able to hold it off, was when I got lucky enough to have 1.5x and insta death beamed them because I didnt die from the inital nuke on me, 1 died and rest were half health, so I was able to defend, but I've lost to a rush of that sort 1/10 times. Fastest 11 upgrades, + 1.5x as well as possible clone blockage to force them to kill is probably the only way, however that will not happen in a high level game. As geti, you either hunt, or sacrifice early multiplier to get a lot of upgrades asap by spam killing spiders. Regardless of the matter, nothing will go to plan since they can easily camp and kill your workers, if you try to defend, you'll die over and over, if you do not defend you wont have any money for towers, and will most likely get rushed at around 6-8 upgrades, if you play the hero correctly, still easily kill able.

    2. Its more like, every game I play geti against decent people I have a 90% chance of getting my based rushed and killed. Whats the point of having a base, options to tower, and etc if I will never reach it with my base always dieing.

    2. Also, playing as geti after his base dies is stupid and pointless. I play geti, because you can do so much with him with the base and workers. Not to afk spiders as Geti and get upgrades like that after my base dies.

If they are dumb enough to leave your worker line on touched, and do not bother hunting your hero at ft land spiders, you are vsing complete bads, but, LV, Ambi, and Viet have Goku Gohan Krillin rushed me at level 4, and since geti's chain gets caught 90% of the time on that hill, you lose half your chain + get 3 man rushed. Chaining with Cell or broly still won't help, against a gohan,goku,krillin rush. Then one can simply every 2minutes come and destroy your worker line. I feel like im playing Starcraft 2 at master level as geti, because you have to take into consideration a million different outcomes of errors. Against people of Ambi's/Lv's/Viet's etc level nothing will ever go smoothy, and unless everything goes smoothly geti cannot defend against a krillin 2 ooz rush, especially since ooz heals you, when you use it. Im non stop apming at around 150+ the whole game, because one mistake or if you are too slow will put you behind just enough to die to a rush.

    1. Once again your in a 3v1 scenario, find me a character that can win a 3v1 and you have a point. Don't forget it's a team game, if buu, tao or Bebi are in the game and able to fight z's ask them for help.

      Your only chance against it is to even the odds with counter teamwork. Broly might not be able to out chain them in the start but if he goes EP and you go beam you can really beat up rushing z's, especially if they fly into their own chain from EP.

      The other one is your workers are oped at the start of the game. You can use them to chain and heal you+ teamates. EP Broly+full heals from a super worker is pretty deadly.

      The other one in there is Bebi, in a 2v1 rush if he goes to water with his new ability he can stop goku a lot more often since SF can't stop him and he can damage the chain as well now. Same for Krillin through turtles.

      If all else fails you still can tele away and farm with just Cooler all game and come out a half decent support. You won't have the highest damage but your silence is a bitch vs Dende. Even better when your with Buu because Mankind+ Silence = Instant kill. (Since you can't stun him)

Heres the problem, most of the time I get idiot teammates that cannot do anything, and on top of that it doesn't take much for them to kill your base, as I just said Krillin can insta 50% ur base without you noticing it, and then come back when its up with 2 oozs and you are 100% screwed. Your base will die in about 10 seconds after that point. It is absolutely no fun to play geti anymore. Any normal player will 100% die as geti, and even me being the best at it still loses his base all the damn time. Theres practically no chance for geti to win/survive in a game against people that are smart. Geti got stupidly nerfed and without a base geti sucks. Geti is suppose to be someone who gets high stats if he can survive by being a highly macro/micro player. Whats the point in that if you have a 90% chance to lose your base at the start of the game.

    3. Going back a ways, hotdog you're an idiot. Of course it's a nerf. He has a 50% chance of getting stats, takes 5k lumber per tower, which means it takes a lot longer to get the towers, and then you lose half of the stats they give you. Clones don't do diddly shit anymore. Now, throw on top of all that that when creeps are at third tier you need like 10-14 upgrades to even begin to tower because witches got their armor upgraded so much that they're impossible for the tower to kill without that many upgrades unless you camp each tower until it's completed since you can't repair the tower while it's building. Explain to me how that's not a nerf. Now to Ultra13's arguments. The worker you say is op at the beginning of the game is the Super Worker which costs 500 gold and takes a while to build. So you're that far behind already if you're waiting for him. You can't use the worker to chain because all he can do is melee. You can use him to assist you to chain but it delays you by 30 seconds which can make a huge difference. 'If all else fails you can still tele away and farm' no you can't. His teleport got nerfed so that it takes 7 seconds to cast and in that time metal cooler is easily killed and you lose him anyway.

  18. dende and hercules stats gain should be multiplied by 1.5. dende reaches 2.000 which for sayans is lvl 30 way too late, i think dende reaches it at lvl 80 or something.. this should be at lvl 40. if you win a tournament with hercule which is quite hard without stats, he only gets .600 IF you win, and this should be raised a lot too. thanks

    1. Dende doesn't need the buff. He's already ridiculously strong as is when played right and gains more stats per kill than any other hero.

      And instead of buffing how much multiplier Hercule gets with the tourny, which isn't actually that difficult to win if you know how, give him a different way to raise his multiplier.

    When you use the 7 dragonballs on a character with solar flare,solar flare will go off and you will get the stats from the dragonballs, however it will not USE the dragonballs. Which means you get a second free wish for free! It shares the same order ID

    1. Vegeta has 3 strong nukes, all you have to do is know how to chain and not suck with him to make him strong. And it makes perfect sense that you can't use the Capsule Corp grav training room when it's been destroyed because it's destroyed; dead; gone; broken; all of the above; etc.
